SPIRITUS MUNDI at THE VILLAGE UNDERGROUND

I had the pleasure recently of scaling my artwork up and painting on one of the infamous tube carriages on the roof of The Village Underground in Shoreditch. The trains operate as office workspaces during the day and there is usually a rotation of artists who are invited to come adorn the exteriors with their own particular style of art.

The artist who painted the x-ray bird on the other train goes by the name of 'Shok-1' and I wanted to do something that would complement his piece...personally I think the positive and the negative of the two paintings work really well together. Suitably dark!

Check out the video at the end of this post showing a clip of the work in progress, edited by my friend Diz-qo.....and get in touch if you have a wall or any other surface you'd like me to play with. X
